Kala Drip Policy
Kala Drip strives to provide exceptional service to help people look and feel their best. In doing so, it is important to observe our service policies.

Kala Drip serves Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Outside of the five boroughs, there is an additional travel fee of $150 to other locations in New York State.
CANCELLATIONs or RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is important to us, and Kala Drip has scheduled that time for you. However, we understand things can happen, and if you are unable to make the original appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled without honoring our policy’s hours notice will result in a charge of $50. DRIP DURATION FEE
If a Kala Drip service takes more than 90 minutes, there will be a $100 per hour charge after the initial session.
PRICES AND SERVICES
The prices and services of Kala Drip are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes.
Refunds
Services purchased, booked, or completed cannot be refunded and are final and non-refundable unless it is a medical emergency.
